I need Someone’s Help With Elvis!?

Okay, i have this really cool picture disc of elvis, on vinyl. The title of the vinyl says Elvis: The legend of a king then says number 11323. as if there were a limited copies. There’s no number to recognize the album. The picture of him is when he is in one of his white outfits, and he’s holding a mike up to his mouth. I need help looking up THE PRICE OF THIS RECORD!. AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION YOU GET.

Also i have another records that’s NOT elvis. It’s by a band named 311, or that’s the album name. anyways, i got a 45 promo record of theirs. the label is white and the vinyl is blue. I think only 100 copies were made. The songs on the vinyl is jack-o-lanterns weather (or something with a jack-o-lantern) and the other side has guns. Please help me LOOK UP THE PRICE FOR THIS VINYL.. If it helps it says not for sale, and made by Capricorn records.

Thanks for all your help.

R&P: Vinyl Record of the day?

“This fella I knew called Don Beatty showed me the name Elvis Presley in the New Musical Express and said he was great. It was ‘Heartbreak Hotel’. I thought it sounded a bit phoney: ‘Heart-break Hotel’.
The music papers were saying that Presley was fantastic, and at first I expected someone like Perry Como or Sinatra. ‘Heartbreak Hotel’ seemed a corny title and his name seemed strange in those days. But then, when I heard it, it was the end for me. I first heard it on Radio Luxembourg. He turned out to be fantastic. I remember rushing home with the record and saying, ‘He sounds like Frankie Laine and Johnnie Ray and Tennessee Ernie Ford!”
I’m an Elvis fan because it was Elvis who really got me out of Liverpool. Once I heard it and got into it, that was life, there was no other thing. I thought of nothing else but rock’n'roll; apart from sex and food and money – but that’s all the same thing, really.”

– John Lennon
Punch I look forward to it…but I love the old sound of the vinyl, I like how it’s raw and not perfect.
Awesome choises Punch….I love the old rhythm and blues sound.

And that second song has some funky bass!

Ted Rader: Bringing it back home

Ted Rader: Bringing it back home
The concept for this year’s local music issue began with a cover song. A year ago, I first saw The Mad Caps, and they played a roof-raising version of Elvis Presley’s “Baby, Let’s Play House.” Local bands are wise to stay away from the potential cliché of an Elvis cover, but singer/guitarist Ted Rader and drummer Jon Realmuto nailed the song, their band’s throwback and rollicking aesthetic …
