Vinyl Record Collector

I have a boatload of very old 45s from some prolific artists, how do I find out their worth?

I’m talking maybe 60-70 singles of artists from kc and the sunshine band to Little Richie. All the vinyls play well on my record player, although they could all use a little cleaning. The labels are in very good condition and are readable, just a little wear and tare on the edges.

I have all of these artists on cd and I’m not much of a collector, so how would I find out how much these are worth?

Question about my Metallica Garage Inc Vinyl?

I got a copy of garage inc on vinyl and record 2 side 2 plays at a faster abnormal speed and side on plays normal and the other 2 LPs play fine on 33rpm as well.Could this be a collectors item or just a worthless defect?

where can i sell jazz blues and soul vinyl?

my dad died and left thousands and thousands of records which are mainly jazz blues and soul really old stuff and i would imagine rare theres 40yrs worth of a private collection,they are sat here totally wasted and my dad would hate to see them being wasted so i figured i would sell them,not really interested in the money value but would like to see them go to someone that has a great passion and love for music(another collector)like my dad did! any suggestions ??

I am a collector of vinyl records. Moslty 45s. Has any one ever heard of “Billy Wells and the Swingers”?

I have been unable to locate any information on a record that I own. I cannot find the title, the label, or the artist. Does anyone have any useful knowledge on this artist? PLEASE help this is driving me crazy!!!!!!

this is about the ROCK group KISS?

PLEASE!!!!!!!! someone who is a real collector and knows the true value of the studio album crazy nights by KISS and kiss organization LTD 1987. it is a vinyl record with the group on one side and on the reverse side is like shattered/broken glass with full face and have of their faces in the glass!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP ON TELLING ME HOW MUCH THIS ALBUM IS WORTH!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND HELP!!!

Not sure how i feel about my boyfriends gift.. thoughts?

here’s what i got him..

he LOVES the band ‘the killers’ so i got him two of their albums on vinyl records.. they’re more of collector items than anything.. i felt like i needed something else so..
he might be transfering to UT next year so i got him a big fleece blanket and my mom got him a beanie that has the longhorn on it…
and i got a little something extra to wear (if you get what im sayin..) lol

How durable are home recorded compact discs?

I have a large collection of LPs, many of which are out of print. I’m not a “rare LP collector” as such but enjoy the music very much and don’t want to lose the music I’ve amassed. What are some opinions as to the risk(s)/benefits of recording these onto CD-R and giving the bulk of this space hogging vinyl over to the flea market?

What are the essential LPs of any proper vinyl collection?
