How to decorate with my old 45 vinyl records?

I have a stack of no longer playable 45′s and I’d like to decorate with them, without looking too tacky. I was thinking of making a sort of grid, like 3 x 4 on the wall with them, so it’d use 12 of them up, just hanging them on the wall as they are (no sleeve, just the record) but I’m worried that might look a little… tacky!

Any other ideas (other than making a bowl with them)

I have a near mint condition copy of KILL EM ALL BY METALLICA on LP/vinyl but these is a 6″ bend on the sleeve

I have a bunch of old vinyl that I listen to. Some of them have the slips on the record sleeve where you can order things. Well, long story short, my dad gave me ‘Cheech and Chong’s Wedding Album’ and it had one of those slips. I filled the order form out and I figure the worst that could happen is that they keep my money and I don’t get a t-shirt. What do you guys thihk? Will they just keep my money? Or will I maybe get something?

Vinyl Records Label Mistake?

Was it a common occurrence in the production of Records that the wrong Label would get attached to a song. I have a 12 inch Single and the sleeve singer and song are correct . But the Label is not even close???

How much should I sell this Kiss Vinyl for?

It’s the original pressings of the Paul Stanley and Peter Criss Solo Records in their original sleeves. They’re in fair condition, mostly cause they’re sorta tattered. I’m not much of a Kiss fan so I’m not sure how much these are worth.

How much is this document worth? The Who contract.?

I recently obtained a 1973 vinyl record of The Who. In the record sleeve I found a handful of documents from the 1960′s. One was a contract for The Who to play at Woodstock on August 16, 1969. It’s a contract between Premier Talent Associates, Inc. and Woodstock Ventures, Inc., to take place at the Aquarian Festival Grounds in Wallkill, New York. Dated 27th June 1969. I want to get the document appraised. It looks like an original contract complete with signatures. Also I found a Court Summons addressed to Mr. Kit Lambert, who was The Who’s manager at the time, regarding stolen musical equipment and trashed hotel rooms.

There are a few other documents that are very interesting. I’ve never taken a document to be appraised and I dont’ have any idea how to go about it. Does anyone know how I could find an appraiser who is authentic and won’t try to rip us off? Or if these documents might even be worth anything?
