How to hang up vinyl records…?

I want to hang up 33 RPM vinyl records partially in their sleeve on my bedroom walls. I don’t want to use any screws or make holes in the wall, so I was thinking to use tape. Any ideas on the best type of tape to use? I don’t want the vinyls to be damaged if I take off the tape. Thanks.

storing vinyl records?

hi there, im a huge britney spears fan and i bought some records of hers and i was wondering, do i store the flat or standing up? so many diffrent websites with diffrent oppionions. i have 7′ and 12″, they are already in their own sleeves. thanks you

Why did people write their names on the sleeve or label of their vinyl and acetate records?

The obvious answer would be that people did that because it was their property, but I’m not 100% sure, that’s why I’m asking.

Is there a way to get mold off vinyl records?

Some of my records got wet and stuck together. They’re also covered in black mold. I’ve wiped them down with a moist sponge and bought plastic sleeves, but the mold persists.

Where do I go to fix a paper tear?

The tear is about an inch long and is on the paper sleeve used to protect an antique vinyl record of mine. I’ve read about methods of fixing tears using Japanese tissue, glue, and other materials, but I am notoriously cack handed (I am the cause of the tear in the first place) and I’d rather get somebody else to do this due to the value of the piece.

What kind of sleeves do you store your 10″ records in?

I recently purchased Kid A on vinyl, and I’ve been trying to find some good inner sleeves. I’d prefer polylined, but this is all I’ve managed to find http://www.bagsunlimited.com/cart/detail.asp?cat=2&subcat=42&product_id=s10gp Does anyone have any experience with these sleeves?

book cover made out of a record?

I’m thinking of making a sleeve or cover like thing out of a vinyl record for a book that I can slide the book in and out of when in or not in use for decoration. My question is how should I go about getting the record to take the shape and size of the book and how should I reinforce the record to make it more sturdy after it is shaped?
